AIRPORT PICK UP SERVICES
International students who require airport pick up service from City U must inform their
marketing agent and City U International Marketing staff at least five (5) days before the
date of their arrival.
Kindly refer to the table below under the above category:

Last minute notice (4 days before OR same day notice)

Arrival on Malaysian public holidays

Missed the schedule flight on the same day

Cancellation of flight without notice OR last-minute notice to City U
|
Failure to comply with the above instruction will result in a penalty fee of RM1000
should the international student still require airport pickup service.
