For all international students who have finished their study, must cancel their student visa first before collecting their certificate.This action is compulsory as imposed by Malaysia Immigration.

AIRPORT PICK UP SERVICES
International students who require airport pick up service from City U must inform their
marketing agent and City U International Marketing staff at least five (5) days before the
date of their arrival.

Failure to comply with the above instruction will result in a penalty fee of RM1000
should the international student still require airport pickup service.
